摘要
Premix 3in1多功能三合一前处理剂主要用于棉织物的退、煮、漂工艺。在低碱条件下与双氧水作用可以达到很高毛效。通过单因素实验,发现三合一前处理剂浓度、双氧水浓度、氢氧化钠浓度对棉织物前处理效果影响显著。利用正交实验确定各因素对实验结果的影响程度及最佳实验方案。织物白度主要与双氧水的用量有关;毛效主要与三合一前处理剂的用量有关;而强力主要与氢氧化钠用量有关。当三合一前处理剂0.25g/L,双氧水4g/L,烧碱0.75g/L,98℃处理60 min时,白度75.2%,毛效11.1 cm/30 min,强力319.7 N能达到生产需求,且生产成本低。
Multifunctional three-in-one pretreatment agent is mainly used in cotton fabric removal,cooking and bleaching process.Under the condition of low alkali,the interaction with hydrogen peroxide can achieve high wool efficiency.Through single factor experiment,it was found that the concentration of three-in-one pretreatment agent,hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide had significant effects on the pretreatment effect of cotton fabric.The influence degree and the best experimental scheme of each factor on the experimental results were determined by orthogonal experiment.The whiteness of fabric is mainly related to the amount of hydrogen peroxide,the wool effect is mainly related to the amount of three-in-one pretreatment agent,and the strength is mainly related to the amount of sodium hydroxide.When the three-in-one pretreatment agent 0.25 g/L,hydrogen peroxide solution 4 g/L,caustic soda 0.75 g/L when 60 min was treated at 98℃,the whiteness was 75.2%,the gross effect was 11.1 cm/30 min,and the strength of 319.7 N could meet the production demand and the production cost was low.
