摘要
用疏水缔合PAM和普通线性PAM作对比,研究了聚合物对渤海某油田油水样破乳脱水的影响。通过机理分析,确立了适宜海上油田的耐温耐盐驱油剂的结构。从各种影响因素考虑,合成了所需的聚合物,使产品的主要性能指标满足85℃、配制水矿化度32000 mg/L条件下(钙镁离子浓度1000 mg/L)开发的耐温耐盐聚合物产品2000 mg/L浓度时的粘度≥20 mPa·s,两个月热稳定性≥75%(粘度保留率)。达到这一要求的聚合物合成条件为pH=6~7,起始温度0℃,引发剂占单体总质量的0.06‰,采用粒碱后水解,且加量为胶块质量的2%,水解温度为90℃,水解时间控制在1~2 h。实验又为其他应用条件提供了依据,可以根据不同的技术要求合成相对应的产品。
In this paper,the effect of polymer on demulsification and dehydration of oil and water samples in Bohai oilfield was studied by comparing hydrophobically associating PAM with ordinary linear PAM.Through mechanism analysis,the structure of temperature-resistant and salt-resistant oil displacement agent suitable for offshore oilfields was established.Considering various influencing factors,the required polymer was synthesized,so that the main performance indexes of the product could meet the conditions of 85℃ and 32000 mg/L of water salinity(1000 mg/L of Ca and Mg ion concentration).The viscosity of the temperature-resistant and salt-resistant polymer product at 2000 mg/L concentration was more than 20 mPa·s,and the heat-stable property for two months was more than 75%.The synthetic conditions of the polymer to meet this requirement are pH=6~7,temperature 0℃,initiator 0.06‰ of the total mass of the monomer,hydrolysis with granular alkali,2%of the mass of the rubber block,hydrolysis temperature 90℃and hydrolysis time 1~2 h.The experiment also provides a basis for other application conditions,according to different technical requirements,the corresponding products can be synthesized.
