摘要
文章介绍了一种创新型的铁路货车钩尾框磁粉探伤设备的机理和测试结果。该设备既可对铁路货车13、17型车钩尾框的外表面、内孔表面使用双排梳齿形电极开合线圈进行周向磁化、纵向磁化使用电磁轭法进行磁化,也可根据钩尾框的异形特性对其进行周纵向复合磁化,大大提高了铁路货车探伤设备的有限性能。
This paper introduces the mechanism and test results of an innovative magnetic particle testing equipment for railway freight car hook tail frame. The equipment can not only use double-row comb tooth electrode opening and closing coils for circumferential magnetization and longitudinal magnetization for the outer surface and inner hole surface of the coupler tail frame of railway freight cars 13 and 17, but also carry out circumferential and longitudinal compound magnetization according to the special-shaped characteristics of the hook tail frame, which greatly improves the limited performance of the railway freight car flaw detection equipment.
