摘要
针对管道燃气爆炸进行多孔金属抑爆特性的实验研究,重点分析了多孔金属对管道燃气爆炸火焰传播和爆炸压力等特征参数的影响规律。实验结果表明,当管道中放置多孔金属时,管道燃气爆炸火焰无法穿过多孔金属,即管道燃气爆炸火焰发生了淬熄抑爆效果;随着多孔金属孔隙率增大,上游爆炸压力上升趋势十分缓慢,下游爆炸压力有明显上升趋势。
Based on the experimental study on the explosion suppression characteristics of porous metal in pipeline gas explosion,this paper focuses on the influence of porous metal on the characteristic parameters such as flame propagation and explosion pressure of pipeline gas explosion.The experimental results show that when the porous metal is placed in the pipeline,the pipeline gas explosion flame can not pass through the porous metal,that is,the pipeline gas explosion flame has the quenching and explosion suppression effect,and with the increase of the porosity of the porous metal,the upstream explosion pressure rises very slowly,and the downstream explosion pressure has an obvious upward trend.
