大数据平台助力农业新旧动能转换 被引量:1

摘要 我国正处于农业新旧动能转换的关键时期,农业的主要矛盾由总量不足转变为结构性矛盾,突出表现为阶段性供过于求和供给不足并存;消费者对农产品的需求正在向品质化、安全化转变。阶段性和结构性供给过剩、农产品质量持续下降是我国农业发展面临的两大现状,只有大力发展农业新模式、新业态,构建农业大数据平台,才能实现农业新旧动能的转换,全面促进现代农业转型升级。 China is in a critical period of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in agriculture,and the main contradiction in agriculture has changed from a total shortage to a structural contradiction,prominently showing the coexistence of periodic oversupply and insufficient supply.Consumers’demand for agricultural products is changing to quality and safety.The phased and structural oversupply and the continuous decline in the quality of agricultural products are the two major current situations facing China’s agricultural development.Only by vigorously developing the new agricultural model,new business type and constructing the agricultural big data platform can we realize the transformation of new and old momentum of agriculture.We will promote the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture in an all-round way.
