YB55细支烟小盒透明纸包装机在生产过程中偶有烟包内烟支烟丝端空松或整体内陷产品产生,严重影响产品质量。为了解决这一问题,对烟包在YB55入口处通道的输送过程进行观察分析,发现烟包内烟支烟丝端空松或内陷是由于烟包在YB55入口处通道输送过程中摩擦力不够,同时没有有效装置对烟包停止时的反作用力进行卸载。根据分析结果对YB55入口处烟包输送进行改进,有效解决了烟丝端空松或整体内陷的质量问题。

During the production of YB55 small carton transparent paper packaging machine for fine cigarettes, there are occasional loose tobacco ends or whole sunken products in the cigarette packet, which seriously affects the quality of the products. In order to solve this problem, the transportation process of cigarette packet in the channel at the entrance of YB55 is observed and analyzed. It is found that the empty or sunken end of cut tobacco in the packet is due to the lack of friction in the channel transportation process at the entrance of YB55, and there is no effective device to unload the reaction force when the packet is stopped. According to the analysis results, the cigarette packet transportation at the entrance of YB55 is improved, which effectively solves the quality problem of empty or integral indentation at the end of cut tobacco.
