多功能储能发光标线在极寒地区公路中的应用

摘要 为了疏通夜间交通,指导车辆运行,保障道路交通安全,研发了一种适用于极寒地区的道路发光标线,检测结果表明:与普通标线相比,发光标线外观良好,涂层的色度符合国家标准要求,反光性强,标线抗滑摆值为50BPN,逆反射系数符合国家标准,耐磨性强,在关灯的状态下仍具有发光功能,冻融稳定性高等特点。在低等级公路使用储能式发光标线,发光标线在夜晚可以有效的引导交通参与者安全行驶,减少交通事故的发生。 In order to dredge the night traffic,guide the vehicle operation,and ensure road traffic safety,a luminescent road markings suitable for extremely cold regions was developed.The test results show that the illuminating markings are in good appearance and the chromaticity of coating is consistent.National standard,strong reflective,marking anti-slip value of 50 BPN,retro reflection coefficient in line with national standards,strong wear resistance,still has a light-emitting function in the state of turning off the light,high freeze-thaw stability,compared with ordinary marking.Energy-saving illuminating markings are used on low-grade roads,and illuminating markings can effectively guide traffic participants to drive safely at night and reduce traffic accidents.
