摘要
目前对于150m以上的混凝土面板堆石坝使用挤压边墙施工未有成熟的经验。本文通过阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程施工实践,通过混凝土配合比设计的研究,对高面板堆石坝挤压边墙混凝土的抗压强度、抗压弹性模量、渗透系数和干密度等各项参数的性能进行分析研究,总结150m以上的面板堆石坝使用挤压边墙混凝土各项性能指标的质量控制经验,提高高面板堆石坝混凝土挤压边墙施工技术,可供类似高面板堆石坝工程借鉴。
There is no mature experience in the construction of extrusion sidewall for concrete face rockfill dam higher than 150 m grade.The performance of the various parameters of high face rockfill dam extrusion side wall concrete are analyzed and studied through research on concrete mix ratio by Altash water conservancy project construction practice in the paper,such as compressive strength,compressive elastic modulus,coefficient of permeability and the dry density,etc.The quality control experience of various concrete performance indicators of extrusion side walls used in face rockfill dam higher than 150 grade is summarized,thereby improving the construction technology of concrete extrusion side wall of high face rockfill dams,and providing reference for similar high face rockfill dams.
