摘要
麦特隆大坝及原水泵站工程,主要为马塞卢及周边城市提供生活与工业用水,工程等级高,要求严格。本文通过工艺试验确定了麦特隆大坝碾压混凝土工艺施工参数和施工工艺,对比可碾性、合理性以及混凝土强度等,优选混凝土配合比,验证施工方法、温控措施、质检程序以及人员设备的配置是否能满足合同要求,并优化施工机械组合,提升当地人员的操作技能。该工程的碾压混凝土检测试验过程详尽全面,技术成熟完善。
Metolong dam and raw water pumping station project mainly provide domestic and industrial water for Maseru and the surrounding cities.The project grade is high with strict requirements.RCC technology construction parameters and construction technique of Metolong dam are determined in the paper through trial test.The crushing property,rationality,concrete strength,etc.are compared to optimize the concrete mix proportion,and verify whether construction method,temperature control measures,quality control procedures and configuration of personnel equipment can meet the requirements of the contract or not,optimize the combination of construction machinery,and improve operation skills of the local staff.The RCC testing process of the project is detailed and comprehensive,and the technology is mature and perfect.
