滨河东路跨梅河支流桥梁外部设计采用真石漆装饰,其施工外观质量直接影响工程实体评价及工程竣工验收。为此,质量管理QC小组确定了课题,提出了喷涂法、辊涂法和刮涂法三种施工方案,通过经济合理性及工期的对比,选定喷涂法,项目实施后,经检查效果良好,可为今后施工提供参考。

Stone-like coating decoration is adopted for exterior design of bridge of Binhe East Road cross Meihe branch. It’s construction appearance quality directly affects the evaluation of the project entity and the completion acceptance of the project. Therefore, the subject is determined by the quality management QC team,and three construction methods of spraying method, roller coating method and scraping method are proposed. The spraying method is selected through the comparison of economic rationality and time limit.The effect is good through inspectionafter the implementation of the project, which can provide reference for future construction.
