烤机风机频率自动切换功能的实现

摘要 为充分挖掘节能降耗空间,笔者结合一线复烤烤机工艺生产过程,考虑当预热温度达到时,在烤机没有进料之前,使预热启动后的14台风机由高频率运行方式切换并保持一定低频率运转,生产条件满足后,风机频率再次切换至正常生产频率,以此达到降低能耗的目的。 In order to fully explore the space of energy saving and consumption reduction, the author combined with the production process of the first-line redrying toaster, considers that when the preheating temperature reaches, before the toaster does not feed, the 14 fans after the preheating start shall be switched from the high-frequency operation mode and keep a certain low-frequency operation. When the production conditions meet, the fan frequency shall be switched to the normal production frequency again, so as to achieve the goal of energy conservation.
