Research on Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Jiaozuo Yellow River and Qinhe River

随着社会的发展,黄河流域水资源的开发利用日益深入,黄河水资源早已达到开发阈值。人们要合理利用和保护黄河水资源,确保区域供水安全、粮食安全、经济安全和生态安全。本文以焦作黄沁河(指黄河和沁河)为例,探讨了水资源可持续利用的方法。当前,人们要合理利用黄河流域的水资源,发展地方经济,改善民生,保护生态环境,同时转变观念,节约用水,促进黄河流域水资源实现可持续利用。

With the development of society, the development and utilization of water resources in the Yellow River Basin is getting deeper and deeper, and the water resources of the Yellow River have already reached the development threshold. People should use and protect the Yellow River water resources reasonably, and ensure regional water supply security, food security, economic security and ecological security. This paper took the Yellow River and Qinhe River in Jiaozuo as an example, and discussed the sustainable use of water resources. At present, people should make reasonable use of the water resources of the Yellow River Basin, develop local economy, improve people’s livelihood, protect the ecological environment, and at the same time change concepts, save water, and promote sustainable use of water resources in the Yellow River Basin.
