摘要 采用柱塞缸或活塞缸作为主拉伸缸的拉伸机,拉伸压力与行程调整范围有限,功能比较单一,且不具有缓冲能力。中国重型机械研究院股份公司(简称中重院)研发了复合式主拉伸缸装置,该装置在主柱塞内腔嵌套了活塞缸,有效地将拉伸与快速移动功能集成为一体,实现了小负载、大行程与大负载、小行程的切换。同时利用柱塞杠和活塞缸之间的缓冲腔实现了断带后的缓冲功能。本文对断带后复合式主拉伸缸装置的受力情况进行了数值计算和动力学仿真分析,与断带缓冲实时过程的实际测试结果一致,验证了复合式主拉伸缸装置设计的可靠性和合理性。该装置成功应用于某120MN铝合金板材拉伸机,生产实践证明,复合式主拉伸缸装置能有效缓冲断带对设备的冲击,使设备运行平稳可靠。 If the strengthener’s main-cylinder is plunger cylinder or piston cylinder,the adjustment range of the press and stroke is limited,the function of main-cylinder is single,and it doesn’t have the function of buffer.China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.has researched compound main-cylinder.The device ingeniouslyinstalled the piston cylinderin the inner cavity of the plunger.It effectively integrate tension strengthenfunction and move fast,and realize to switch between the size of load and stroke.In addition,using by the buffer chamber between plunger cylinder and piston cylinder,thecylinder has the function of buffer after band breaking.In this paper,the stress condition of compound main-cylinder after the band breakingis analyzed by numerical calculation and simulation,the calculated results are consistent with the actual test results of the buffer real-time process,which verifies the reliability and reasonability of the compound main-cylinder structure.It is successfully applied to a 120 MN aluminium alloy plate tension-strengthener equipment.The production-practice shows that the compound main-cylinder can effectively relieve the impact from band breaking,and make equipment stable and reliable operation.
