摘要
本文主要研究风力发电机滚动轴承辐射噪声的计算方法,针对分布源边界点法在计算轴承辐射噪声时把轴承当作整体建模来研究,从而造成其辐射噪声计算速度慢的问题,提出了一种改进的分布源边界点法的滚动轴承辐射噪声的计算方法。首先将子声源分解法与分布源边界点法相结合,推导出改进的分布源边界点计算方法;其次通过实验验证改进的分布源边界点法的计算精度;最后计算了风力发电机滚动轴承的辐射噪声,并与分布源边界点法对比,取得了良好效果。
In this paper,the calculation method of radiated noise of rolling bearing is studied.The problem of the bearing source boundary point method in the calculation of bearing radiation noise is to study the bearing as a whole,which resulted in the slow calculation of radiation noise.An improved distribution is proposed.Calculation method of radiation noise of rolling bearings based on source boundary point method.Firstly,the sub-source source decomposition method is combined with the distribution source boundary point method to derive the improved distribution source boundary point calculation method.Secondly,the calculation accuracy of the improved distribution source boundary point method is verified by experiments.Finally,the radiation of the wind turbine rolling bearing is calculated.The noise is compared with the boundary point method of the distributed source,and good results are obtained.
