摘要 主要研究首钢京唐1420 mm连退机组生产时带钢通过平整机时表面平整液残留的问题,表现为速度低时平整液连续点状残留多,速度高时平整液呈现不规律滴落状残留。带钢表面的残留容易在镀锡后形成白斑缺陷,影响带钢表面质量,形成降级品,造成质量损失。为改善平整液残留问题,对平整机吹扫系统进行技术改造,对吹扫喷嘴进行了重新布置,并对压缩空气增加了加热系统,验证结果表明平整液残留点数由原来平均20000点/卷降低到了4000点/卷,压缩空气消耗由原来的6000 m^3/h降低至4000m^3/h,最终解决了平整液残留问题且降低了能源消耗。 This paper mainly studies the problem of surface leveling fluid residue in the production of Shougang Jingtang 1420 mm CAL unit when the strip steel passes through the skin pass mill,which shows that there are many continuous point-like residues of leveling fluid when the speed is low,and irregular droplet residue when the speed is high.The residual of the strip surface is easy to form a white spot defect after tin plating,which affects the surface quality of the strip and forms a demotion product,resulting in quality loss.In order to improve the problem of leveling liquid residue,we have made technical renovation to the skin pass mill blow-off system,rearranged the blowout nozzle,and added the heating system to the compressed air,The results show that the average residual point of the leveling liquid is reduced from 20000 to 4000,and the Compressed air consumption is reduced from 6000 m^3/h to 4000 m^3/h,finally the problem of the leveling liquid residue is solved and the energy consumption is reduced.
