摘要
建瓯市博物馆工程,屋顶设计采用现浇异形曲面混凝土屋面板,造型别致、外观新颖,外观线条呈现出渐变贝塞尔曲线的形式,工程屋面板整体曲面变化复杂、测量定位难度高、混凝土浇筑定型困难,通过对曲面屋面板混凝土施工技术的精确把控,创新改善传统的混凝土施工技术,采取BIM建模辅助设计、分区测量定位控制、分层分段浇筑混凝土等方式,很好地解决了异形曲面混凝土屋面板的施工难题,取得了良好的社会及经济效益。
Jian’ou Museum project,the cast-in-place special-shaped curved concrete roof slab is adopted in the roof design.Its shape is unique and its appearance is novel.The appearance line presents the form of gradual Bessel curve.The overall surface of the roof slab in this project is complicated,the measurement and positioning is difficult,and the concrete casting is difficult.Through coagulation of the curved roof slab,the shape of the roof slab is unique and novel.Accurate control of soil construction technology,innovative improvement of traditional concrete construction technology,BIM modeling aided design,zonal measurement positioning control,layered and sectional concrete placement,etc.are adopted to solve the construction problems of special-shaped curved concrete roof slab,and good social and economic benefits have been achieved.
