摘要
中国散裂中子源(CSNS)项目是我国首台脉冲式散裂中子源,项目建造技术难度高、风险大、零经验。工程总建筑面积69648 m^2,工程主装置区由深度14~28 m、总长680 m的地下隧道结构及与之相连的6座地面建筑组成。地下隧道部分由220 m直线加速隧道、束流线周长210 m的环形加速隧道以及连接靶心的隧道群构成。项目创新性地应用计算机可视化技术模拟屏蔽铁块安装,优化屏蔽铁的排列和安装顺序,对屏蔽铁进行精密加工处理,提高了安装精度和效率,对涉辐射结构有较高的参考价值,同时在一些位置精度要求高的设备安装中,也可采用本施工技术。
The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)project is China’s first pulsed spallation neutron source.The project construction technology is difficult,risky and zero-experienced.The total construction area of the project is 69,648 m^2,and the main installation area of the project consists of an underground tunnel structure with a depth of 14~28 m and a total length of 680 m and six ground buildings connected to it.The underground tunnel is composed of a 220 m linear acceleration tunnel,a circular acceleration tunnel with a beam line circumference of 210 m,and a tunnel group connecting the bullseye.This project innovatively applies computer visualization technology to simulate the installation of shielded iron blocks,optimizes the arrangement and installation sequence of shielded iron,and performs precision processing on shielded iron,which improves the installation accuracy and efficiency,and has a high reference value for radiation-related structures.At the same time,this construction technology can also be used in the installation of equipment with high precision requirements.
