摘要
通过广东省清远市某园区现浇钢筋混凝土综合管廊侧墙支架预埋件施工实例,介绍了综合管廊侧墙支架预埋件施工技术。通过对工程施工工艺、施工质量进行分析评价,总结管廊侧墙支架钢板预埋件出现质量问题的原因,并提出了管理及技术措施。经过在后续施工中验证和改进,最终提高了预埋件的施工质量,减少了因预埋件质量问题导致后续支架安装的措施费增加,取得了良好的经济效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴及参考。
This paper introduces the construction technology of side wall bracket embedded parts of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete composite pipe gallery through an example of side wall bracket embedded parts construction in a park in Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the construction technology and quality of the project,the reasons for the quality problem of the steel plate embedded parts of the side wall support of the pipe gallery are summarized,and the management and technical measures are put forward. Verification and improvement in subsequent construction ultimately improves the construction quality of embedded parts,reduces the cost of subsequent bracket installation measures caused by quality problem of embedded parts,and achieves good economic results,which can provide reference for similar projects.
