摘要
目的研究剪切波弹性成像结合超声造影评价颈动脉斑块稳定性的临床效果。方法本文研究对象为颈动脉斑块患者,研究总例数200例,收取时间在2017年6月至2019年6月,总例数采取分为两组,观察组100例(脑梗死)、对照组100例(非脑梗死),对两组均实施剪切波弹性成像结合超声造影检测,对比两组的颈动脉斑块表面形态、颈动脉斑块类型、SWE1/SWE2、斑块近心端平均SWE、斑块平均SWE。结果观察组脑梗死颈动脉斑块患者均在颈动脉斑块类型中、以脂质型斑块为主、所占比为60.00%,而在颈动脉斑块表面形态中以规则型斑块为主、所占比为54.00%,其与对照组非脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块表面形态、颈动脉斑块类型相比具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组脑梗死患者SWE1/SWE2(1.71±0.85)、斑块近心端平均SWE(50.15±25.11)、斑块平均SWE指标(72.15±28.11)与对照组非脑梗死患者相比显著差异(P<0.05)。结论剪切波弹性成像结合超声造影在颈动脉斑块稳定性评价中具有显著的效果,能为动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性评估提供相关信息。
Objective To study the clinical effect of shear wave elastography combined with ceus in evaluating the stability of carotid artery plaque.Methods In this paper,the object of study for patients with carotid plaques,the total 200 cases,charging time on February 10,2015-June 10,2018,to take total divided into two groups,observation group 100 cases(cerebral infarction)and control group,100 cases(cerebral infarction),for both groups of shear wave elastography in ultrasonic imaging testing,compared two groups of surface morphology of carotid plaques,the types of carotid plaques,SWE1/SWE2,average patch near heart SWE,average patch SWE.Results The observation group of cerebral infarction patients with carotid plaques in carotid artery plaque type,mainly type of lipid plaques,accounts for more than 60.00%,and the rules in carotid artery plaque surface morphology type plaque is given priority to,accounts for more than 54.00%,with the control group of cerebral infarction patients with carotid artery plaque surface morphology,the types of carotid plaques compared with significant difference(P<0.05);SWE1/SWE2(1.71±0.85),mean proximal SWE of plaque(50.15±25.11)and mean SWE of plaque(72.15±28.11)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shear wave elastography combined with ceus has a significant effect in the evaluation of the stability of carotid artery plaque,which can provide relevant information for the evaluation of the stability of atherosclerotic plaque.
