中美贸易战对我国环保产业发展的影响

Impact of China-US Trade War on Development of China’s Environmental Protection Industry

文章就中美贸易战对我国环保产业发展产生的影响进行了分析。根据影响我国环保产业的各动力因素,基于我国环保产业发展所具备的“政策+市场+技术+意识+工业体系”等方面的有利条件,加上中美贸易战与我国环保产业重合面不大,环保产业向好发展的总趋向不会改变。但基于环保产业具有基础性和综合性的特点以及我国环保产业存在的短板,在贸易战的大环境下,我国环保产业的发展在微观上仍是机遇与挑战并存,因而要在技术、投融资机制、市场、政策等多个层面进行突破,以促进环保产业高质量发展。

This thesis analyzes the impacts of China-US trade war on the development of China’s environmental protection industry.In accordance with the various driving factors of China’s environmental protection industry and based on the favorable conditions of“policy+market+technology+consciousness+industrial system”,and small coincidence of China-US trade war and China’s environmental protection industry,the general trend toward good of the environmental protection industry will not change.However,due to the fundamental and the comprehensive characteristics of the environmental protection industry and the existing short slab of China’s environmental protection industry,and under the great environment of the trade war,the development of China’s environmental protection industry still remains the simultaneous existence of both opportunities and challenges in microcosmic.Therefore,the development of China’s environmental protection industry should make breakthroughs in technology,investment and financing mechanism,market,policy and other aspects,in order to promote the high-quality development of environmental protection industry.
