三元复合改性高模量沥青及混合料性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 采用DOA、SBS和胶粉三种改性剂对玛波AH-70沥青进行复合改性制备高模量沥青,并对高模量沥青及其混合料进行性能评价。结果表明,三元复合改性制备的高模量沥青具有硬质沥青特性,高温性能突出,且明显优于玛波AH-70沥青;高模量沥青混合料的车辙动稳定度和动态模量明显大于玛波AH-70沥青混合料,抗车辙性能突出,且具有良好的低温性能、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能。 De-oiling asphalt,styrene-butadiene-styrene and scrapped rubber tyre crumb are selected to compound modify MB AH-70 asphalt,which is from South American heavy oil,to prepare high modulus asphalt(HMA).The performance of HMA and HMA mixture is evaluated.The results show that the HMA has the characteristics of excellent high temperature performance and high hardness,which is much better than the MB AH-70 asphalt.The value of rutting stability and dynamic modulus of HMA is mixture significantly greater than that of MB AH-70 asphalt mixture.The HMA mixture has remarkable rutting resistance,good low temperature performance,water stability and anti-fatigue performance.
