摘要
SMA-5混合料在路面养护工程的超薄磨耗层中发挥重要作用,其拌和与成型温度对其性能有重要影响。采用骨料空隙体积填充法进行配合比设计,探究温度参数对SMA-5沥青混合料马歇尔试验和路用性能的影响。马歇尔试验和车辙板钻取芯样试验表明,拌和与成型温度会显著影响沥青混合料的马歇尔体积指标、抗滑和高温性能与压实度。且在拌和温度为175~185时,击实(碾压)温度为170~180℃时的SMA沥青混合料性能较佳。
Mixing and compaction temperature has a significant effect on the performance of SMA-5 mixture,which plays an important role in maintenance of ultra-thin friction layer pavement.Design procedure adopting the coarse aggregate void filling method to explore the effect of temperature on the Marshall Test volume indicator and road performance of SMA-5 asphalt mixture.Marshall test and rutting core tests showed that mixing and compaction temperature significantly affect the Marshall volume indicator,skid resistance,high temperature stability and compactness of asphalt mixture.The performance of SMA asphalt mixture is better when mixing temperature is 175~185℃and the(rolling) compaction temperature is 170~180℃.
