摘要
紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)被称为"牧草之王",因其产量高、品质好、适口性优、适应性强,是奶牛饲养业和草食畜禽的主要饲草来源。在我国南方地区,高温热害是紫花苜蓿推广利用的主要限制因子,对紫花苜蓿的正常生长、产量和品质造成严重影响。本文综述了高温胁迫对紫花苜蓿细胞膜系统、渗透调节系统、抗氧化防御系统及光合系统的影响,并对紫花苜蓿耐热机制的研究方向进行了展望,以期为进一步探究紫花苜蓿的耐热性提供参考。
Medicago sativa L. is known as the"king of forage". Because of its high yield,good quality,good palatability and strong adaptability,it is the main source of forage for dairy industry and herbivores. In the south of China,the high temperature and heat injury is the main limiting factor for the popularization and utilization of alfalfa,which has a serious impact on the normal growth,yield and quality of alfalfa. In this paper,the effects of high temperature stress on cell membrane system,osmotic regulation system,antioxidant defense system and photosynthetic system of alfalfa were reviewed,and the research direction of heat-resistant mechanism of alfalfa was prospected in order to provide reference for further research on heat-resistant of alfalfa.
