LK程式按摩配合豆袋热敷在分娩减痛中的效果观察

Observation on curative effects of LK procedure massage combined with bean bag hot compress in pain relief during labor

目的对LK程式按摩配合豆袋热敷在产程中的应用方法及效果进行探讨,为临床提供参考。方法选取2017年5月~2018年3月在我院进行分娩的124例初产妇,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组62例。其中观察组产妇待产时行LK程式按摩配合豆袋热敷;对照组待产时采用产科常规护理和心理安慰,等待自然分娩。比较两组产妇产程时间、分娩方式、疼痛程度等指标数据差异。结果观察组在产程时间、疼痛程度、阴道分娩率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在产妇分娩时,采用LK程式按摩配合豆袋热敷对其进行干预,能够显著降低产妇疼痛程度,并缩短其产程,促进自然分娩,提高产科护理质量。

Objective To explore the application methods and curative effects of LK procedure massage combined with bean bag hot compress in labor and to provide reference for clinical application. Methods 124 primiparas who delivered in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected.According to random number table method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 62 cases in each group.Primiparas in the observation group were given procedure massage combined with bean bag hot compress when waiting for labor.Primiparas in the control group were given obstetric routine nursing and psychological comfort when waiting for labor, waiting for natural labor.The differences in indexes such as duration of labor,mode of delivery and degree of pain between the two groups were compared. Results Degree of pain and vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion LK procedure massage combined with bean bag hot compress in labor of primiparas can significantly reduce pain degree of primiparas,shorten the labor process,promote natural labor and improve the quality of obstetric nursing.
