妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果评价

Analysis on clinical curative effects for patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes mellitus complicated with gestational hypertension

目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压的临床治疗及效果。方法按照随机数字表法将100例2017年6月~2018年12月广东省广州市花都区第二人民医院收治的妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压患者分为观察组50例和对照组50例,对照组接受物理干预治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2周后血糖、血压、蛋白尿检测结果、相关并发症情况以及新生儿相关并发症情况。结果观察组患者治疗2周后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、蛋白尿检测结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者相关并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿相关并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论物理干预配合药物治疗妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压疗效显著,可明显提高血压、血糖控制效果,改善母婴预后。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and curative effects for patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes mellitus complicated with gestational hypertension. Methods 100 patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes mellitus complicated with gestational hypertension who were admitted and treated in the Second People’s Hospital of Huadu District in Guangzhou in Guangdong province from June 2017 to December 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with physical intervention while the observation group was given drug treatment on basis of physical intervention.Blood glucose,blood pressure,proteinuria test results,related complications,and neonatal-related complications were compared between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results The fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),proteinuria test results in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total incidence of related complication in the observation group were lower than that in the control group.The differences was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total incidence of neonatal related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The differences was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Physical intervention combined with drugs in treatment of patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes mellitus complicated with gestational hypertension has significant curative effects,which can significantly improve control effects on blood pressure and blood sugar and improve the prognosis.
