以联络护士为主导的工作模式对住院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨以联络护士为主导的工作模式对住院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理质量的影响。方法将2017年1月~2018年6月在我院接受治疗的92例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组46例。对照组由专科护士进行常规的护理工作。实验组在常规护理的基础上,由联络护士进行干预。记录并比较两组患者的肺功能指标,满意度和焦虑抑郁评分。结果实验组的肺功能指标显著优于对照组,实验组的满意度显著高于对照组。实验组患者焦虑和抑郁评分显著降低(P <0.05),对照组治疗前后仅部分指标有显著性改善(P <0.05)。结论以联络护士为主导的工作模式能够显著提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理质量,值得进一步研究和推广。 Objective To explore the effect of liaison nurses-lead work mode on nursing quality of inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 92 patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing by specialist nurses. The experimental group were given intervention by liaison nurses on the basis of routine nursing. Lung function indexes, satisfaction and anxiety and depression scores were recorded and compared. Results The lung function index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Anxiety and depression scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05). Only some indexes in the control group were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The liaison nurses-lead work mode can significantly improve the quality of nursing for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which is worthy of further study and promotion.
