帕金森病床旁吞咽功能筛查及康复护理应用效果

Screening of bedside swallowing function and application effect of rehabilitation nursing of parkinson’s disease

目的探讨帕金森病床旁吞咽功能筛查及康复护理应用效果。方法选取2017年5月~2019年2月我院接诊的100例帕金森患者,按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,所有患者均接受床旁吞咽功能筛查,对照组50例接受常规护理干预,观察组50例接受康复护理,干预2个月后,观察两组患者吞咽功能评估(GUSS)评分及生活质量评分情况。结果观察组患者吞咽功能改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活各项生活质量评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论帕金森患者病床旁吞咽功能筛查中实施康复护理可有效减轻患者吞咽功能障碍,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore screening of bedside swallowing function and application effect of rehabilitation nursing of Parkinson’s disease. Methods 100 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were treated in out hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.All patients underwent bedside swallowing function screening.Patients in the control group(n=50) were given routine nursing intervention while patients in the observation group(n=50) were given rehabilitation nursing.After 2 months of intervention,the Gugging swallowing screen scale(GUSS) score and quality of life score of the two groups were observed. Results The improvement of swallowing function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of psychological functions,social function,physical function,material life and other quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in screening of bedside swallowing function of patients with Parkinson’s disease can effectively reduce the swallowing dysfunction and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
