护理干预对新生儿脐部感染的预防效果分析

Effects of nursing intervention on the prevention of neonatal umbilical infection

目的了解护理干预对新生儿脐部感染的预防效果。方法选取我院2018年7月~2019年1月的150例新生儿,随机分为两组,常规护理组对于本次就诊新生儿脐部感染患儿给予常规护理,优质护理组对于本次就诊新生儿脐部感染患儿进行优质护理。比较两组满意情况、新生儿平均住院的时间;新生儿脐部感染出现率。结果优质护理组满意情况、新生儿平均住院的时间、新生儿脐部感染出现率对比常规护理组有优势,P <0.05。结论新生儿实施优质护理方式效果确切,可有效缩短住院的时间,更好改善新生儿的预后,并减少新生儿脐部感染的发生,是一种值得推广的护理模式。

Objective To understand the effects of nursing intervention on prevention of neonatal umbilical infection. Methods A total of 150 newborns admitted to Jinjiang second Hospital between July 2018 and January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the highquality nursing group was given high-quality nursing.The satisfaction,the mean hospitalization stay and the incidence of umbilical infection were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the routine nursing group,the satisfaction,the mean hospitalization stay and the incidence of neonatal umbilical infection of the high-quality nursing group were better(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing is effective, can effectively shorten the time of hospitalization,improve the prognosis of newborns,and reduce the incidence of neonatal umbilical infection,is worthy of promotion.
