母婴床旁护理对产妇心理情绪和产妇康复的影响研究

目的探讨母婴床旁护理对产妇心理情绪和产妇康复的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年2月在我院分娩的250例产妇,按随机数字表法分为床旁组(125例)和常规组(125例)。常规组采取产科常规护理,床旁组采取母婴床旁护理,并比较不同组产妇产后康复情况和心理情绪。结果护理前,床旁组和常规组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理后两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较前降低,床旁组HAMD和HAMA评分均明显低于常规组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);床旁组产妇母乳喂养成功率和护理服务满意度评分均显著高于常规组(P <0.05);床旁组产褥期产妇并发症和新生儿并发症均明显低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理能有效改善产妇心理情绪以及促进产妇产后康复。

Objective To explore the effects of maternal and infant bedside nursing on mental emotion and maternal rehabilitation of puerpera. Methods Two hundred and fifty puerpera who delivered in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into the bedside group(125 cases) and routine group(125 cases) according to the random number table method. Patients in the routine group were given routine obstetric nursing while patients in the bedside group were given maternal and infant bedside nursing. The postpartum rehabilitation and mental mood of puerpera of different groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety and depression between bedside group and routine group(P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) scores and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of HAMD and HAMA in bedside group were significantly lower than those in routine group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The success rate of breastfeeding and satisfaction score of nursing service in bedside group were significantly higher than those in routine group(P< 0.05). Maternal complications and neonatal complications during puerperium in bedside group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Maternal and infant bedside nursing can effectively improve mental emotion and promote postpartum recovery of puerpera.
