舒适护理在NICU早产儿护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on application effect of comfortable nursing in nursing of premature infants in NICU

目的观察舒适护理在NICU早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月~2018年4月广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院新生儿科新生儿重症监护室(NICU)收治的早产儿86例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予保温箱保暖、维持体温稳定、保证有效呼吸、营养支持等常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理。比较两组护理1、5、10d时的进奶量,出生时、护理5、10d时的体质量,统计两组神经发育评分、不良反应发生情况。结果护理1d时两组进奶量差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理5、10d时观察组进奶量高于对照组(P <0.05);出生时两组体质量差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理5、10d时观察组体质量高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组手握能力、上肢弹回能力、反应安慰能力等神经发育评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率18.60%低于对照组41.86%(P <0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于NICU早产儿护理中,能有效促进早产儿生长发育,减少其不良反应。

Objective To observe the application effect of comfort nursing in nursing of premature infants in NICU. Methods 86 premature infants who were admitted to neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)in department of neonatology in Hexian Memorial Hospital in Panyu District of Guangzhou from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing such as warming incubator,maintaining body temperature stability,ensuring effective breathing and nutritional support while the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The milk-intake volume of 1 day,5 days and 10 days of nursing and body mass at birth,5 days and 10 days of nursing were compared between the two groups.Neurological development score and occurrence of adverse reactions were counted. Results There was no statistically significant difference in milk-intake volume of 1 day of nursing between the two groups(P > 0.05). Milk-intake volume of 5 days and 10 days of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in body mass between the two groups at birth(P > 0.05).The body mass of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on 5 and 10 days of nursing(P < 0.05).The neurological development scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in hand holding ability,upper limb rebound ability and response comfort ability(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 18.60%,lower than 41.86% in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing in nursing of premature infants in NICU can effectively promote the growth and development of premature infants and reduce their adverse reactions.
