综合护理在紧张型精神分裂症木僵状态患者中的应用研究

Application of comprehensive nursing on stuporous state in the patients with catatonic schizophrenia

目的探讨综合护理在紧张型精神分裂症木僵状态患者中的应用研究。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年5月60例紧张型精神分裂症木僵状态患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组30例(综合护理)与对照组30例(常规护理),对比两组护理效果。结果观察干预后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分低于对照组,且希望评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论综合护理在紧张型精神分裂症木僵状态患者中的应用效果显著,可提升生活质量,改善症状,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing on stuporous state in the patients with catatonic schizophrenia. Methods A total of 60 patients with patients with catatonic schizophrenia stuporous state admitted to Institute of Mental Health Prevention of Yuancheng District between January 2017 and May 2018 were divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to the random number table method,and the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the hope score and quality of life score were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the patients with catatonic schizophrenia in the state of stupor has remarkable effect,can improve the quality of life,improve the symptoms,and is worth promoting.
