新型光纤光栅测力锚杆在沙曲矿14301轨道巷检测项目的应用

摘要 本文针对现有光纤光栅测力锚杆所存在的锚杆应变相对于光纤光栅来说过大而造成光纤光栅被拉断或者测量结果不准确缺陷,通过分析光纤光栅测力计的工作原理,对现存矿用光纤光栅测力锚杆进行减敏设计和改进。通过工业性实践表明,新型的光纤光栅能够较精准的检测锚杆支护数据,达到了预期的效果。 In this paper,the strain of the existing Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)dynamometry bolt is larger than that of FBG,which causes the FBG to be broken or the measurement result to be inaccurate.Based on the analysis of the working principle of FBG dynamometer,the existing FBG dynamometry bolt is designed and improved to reduce the sensitivity.Industrial practice shows that the new FBG can accurately detect the bolt support data and achieve the expected results.
