Research and Practice of Reducing Medium Consumption in Wangcun Coal Preparation Plant

针对同煤集团王村选煤厂因煤质变化介质消耗剧增,经过研究分析,制定了优化脱介水管路、减缓精煤脱介筛筛上物料流速等技术措施,现场实施后,吨煤的介质消耗从2.51 kg/t降低至1.45 kg/t以下。

Aiming at the problem that the coal medium consumption of the Wangcun Coal Preparation Plant of the Tongmei Group has increased dramatically due to the change in coal quality,this article has adopted technical measures such as optimizing the medium draining water pipeline and slowing down the material flow on the spraying screen of refined coal after research and analysis.The medium consumption per ton of coal was reduced from 2.51 kg/t to below1.45 kg/t.
