摘要
介绍了M5000直读光谱仪与HV-4B微机高速碳硫自动分析仪相结合,在电弧炉炉前对铸钢ZG30Cr06的化学成分进行检测,从而有效地对材料进行判定和定量分析,缩短了检测时间,满足了炉前快速检测的需要。
This paper introduces the method of combining M5000 direct-reading spectrometer with HV-4 B microcomputer high-speed carbon and sulfur automatic analyzer to detect the chemical composition of ZG30 Cr06 cast steel in arc furnace front.This method effectively judges and quantitatively analyzes the material,shortens the detection time and meets the needs of bath quick analysis.
