区域教师信息技术应用能力及其影响因素调查——以某“全国教育信息化创新应用典范区域”为例 被引量:3

Regional Teachers’ Information Technology Application Competency and Its Influencing Factors——Based on an investigation on one of National ICT Innovation Model Areas

摘要 参照教育部在《全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》中提出的基础性和发展性两个层次的要求,文章对某"全国教育信息化创新应用典范区域"实施调研,评估教师信息技术应用能力水平,分析可能的影响因素,并讨论教师信息技术应用能力提升的发展方向。调研结果表明,在技术优化教学的基础性要求上,该区域的达成度较高,但是在技术转变学习方式的发展性要求上还有很大差距,特别是在技术与素养、计划与准备、评估与诊断等维度上都有待突破,技术应用思维的局限不可忽视。其中,学科之间的差异比较显著;男女教师在"组织与管理Ⅱ"和"理念与态度Ⅱ"这两个维度上的差异比较显著;高中教师的应用能力明显高于初中和小学教师;信息化投入对教师信息技术应用能力的影响具有某种饱和效应等。 In June 2014,the China Education Ministry promulgated the“standards of teacher's ICT competency in primary and secondary schools(Trial)”,which firstly cleared the basic and developing requirements of teachers ICT competency.In order to know how far teachers are from the standards,this paper carried out a comprehensive investigation according to the standards framework on a national ICT innovation model area to assess the teachers ICT competency at two levels,then to analyze possible influencing factors,and to discuss how to enhance teachers information technology application ability.The results show that 1)At the basic level it has done good performance in applying model zone,but there is still a giant gap between the reality and the developing requirements on technique learning transformation;2)Teachers are required to make a breakthrough on technical literacy,teaching design patterns,ICT-based evaluation and so on;3)They also need to encourage students to learn with ICT not only learn from it;4)The difference between subjects,gender and schools are discussed to give some suggestions.
