分光光度法测定粉条中的铝含量

摘要 采用分光光度法测定马铃薯粉条、红薯粉条及粉丝中铝的含量。结果表明,在加入増敏剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)溶液后,铝与铬天青S溶液呈现蓝绿色,在619 nm处有最大吸收波长。显色剂最佳用量为3 mL,增敏剂CTMAB最佳用量为1.5 mL,缓冲溶液最佳pH为5.3,显色最佳时间为25 min。在最佳实验条件下测得铝含量在0-1.0μg·mL^-1的线性回归方程Y=0.5146 X+0.0278,R^2=0.9945,加标回收率在81.98%-90.04%之间。马铃薯粉条中的铝含量为63.60μg·g^-1,红薯粉条中的铝含量为111.54μg·g^-1,粉丝中的铝含量为139.83μg·g^-1。 The paper uses spectrophotometry to measure the aluminium content in vermicelli.The results showed that aluminum and chrome azurol S solution in adding cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution solution exhibits blue green and at 619 nm with the maximum absorption wavelength,solution of the optimum chromogenic agent dosage was 3 mL,sensitizing agent for optimal usage of the cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide was 1.5 mL,optimal buffer pH was 5.3,the color best time was 25 min.Sample pretreatment method uses microwave digestion.Under the optimum experimental conditions of measuring,the linear regression equation was Y=0.5146 X+0.0278 and R2=0.9945 under the Aluminum content of between 0μg·mL^-1 and 1.0μg·mL^-1,and the recovery rate was 81.98%-90.04%.The aluminum content in the potato vermicelli was 63.60μg·g^-1,in the sweet potato vermicelli was 111.54μg·g^-1,in the fans was 139.83μg·g^-1.
