信息与计算科学专业人才培养方案的构建与实践——以中南林业科技大学为例

Construction and Practice of Talents Training Scheme for Information and Computing Science Specialty:A Case of Central South University of Forestry and Technology

专业人才培养方案是组织教学、质量监控与评价的基本文件,直接决定了人才培养的质量,构建信息与计算科学专业人才培养方案应遵循适应社会与林业大数据建设发展的需要、突出学生实践动手能力、加强学生道德培养等原则。通过调研用人单位对该专业需求等相关内容进行人才需求分析,明确职业能力,调整专业人才培养目标定位;调研往期培养方案课程设置及教学中存在的问题,进一步构建完善的课程体系;经专家论证,进一步修订方案的形式与内容,最终构建了中南林业科技大学信息与计算科学专业人才培养方案。

Professional personnel training program is the basic document of organizing teaching,quality monitoring and evaluation,which directly determines the quality of personnel training.To construct personnel training program for information and computing science major,we should follow the principles of adapting to the needs of social and forestry data construction and development,highlighting students’practical ability,and strengthening students’moral training.Then,through investigating and employing units to carry out talent demand analysis on the professional needs and other related contents,to clarify professional competence and adjust the target orientation of professional talent training;to investigate the problems existing in the course settings and teaching in the previous training programs,and to further build a sound curriculum system;after repeated demonstration by experts,to advance.The format and content of the program were revised step by step,and the training program of information and computing science professionals in Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology was finally constructed.
