摘要 非黏接性柔性软管(以下简称软管)是指应用于海洋中的介质输送管道,由不同的功能层组成。在运行中,骨架层为主要的抗外压层,保守的分析方法是只考虑骨架层单层抗外压的能力,但是大量研究表明:抗压铠装层对于骨架层的支撑作用可以大大提高骨架层的抗外压能力。本文通过理论分析与试验研究对比,进一步优化了软管抗外压能力的计算方法,进而可以优化软管的结构,减轻软管的重量,提高深水立管应用的可行性和经济性。 Unbounded flexible pipe contains different function layers.The innermost layer carcass is designed to resist the external pressure.Usually,only carcass is considered to resist external pressure.Researches indicate that the layers outside carcass could increase the collapse resistance of carcass.The paper indicates three calculation methods about the function of pressure armor layer.And compare the design value to test data to confirm a calculation method.The optimized method could reduce weight of riser and improve the feasibility and economy of riser in deep water application.
