空气-水两相管流中节流法控制不稳定流型压差波动特性实验研究

Experimental Study on Characteristics of Unsteady Flow Pattern Differential Pressure Fluctuation by Choking for Air-water Two-phase Flow

摘要 实验研究了集输立管系统空气水两相流动,针对流动中遇到的不稳定流型进行了节流控制,研究了节流阀开度对严重段塞流、震荡流型和不规则流型等三种不稳定流型的消除过程及效果。为能进一步揭示节流阀开度对流动的影响特性,本文统计了各工况条件下立管压差波动幅值的节流过程值,研究对比了对应不同气速或液速的立管压差波动幅值随节流阀开度的变化规律。结果表明,随着阀门开度的减小,节流阀压降增大,立管压差波动幅值和周期均逐渐减小;当阀门开度减小到一定程度时,均能使系统不稳定流动消除。 The air-water two-phase flow of the gathering and riser system was studied experimentally,and choking control is carried out for the unstable flow pattern.The elimination process and effect of the throttle opening on three kinds of unstable flow patterns such as Severe Slugging,Oscillation flow and irregular flow are studied.The variation law of the throttle opening required to control the severe slug flow with the gas-liquid flow is obtained.In order to further reveal the influence of the opening degree of the throttle valve on the flow,throttling process values of the differential pressure of the riser under various working conditions are counted.The variation of the fluctuation amplitude of the riser pressure corresponding to different gas velocity or liquid velocity with the opening of the throttle valve is studied.Results show that as the valve opening decreases,the pressure drop of the throttle valve increases,and the amplitude and period of the riser pressure difference gradually decrease.When the valve opening degree decreases to a certain extent,the system can make the unstable flow eliminated.
