纳米降凝剂对含蜡油蜡沉积规律的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 在深水高压、低温的恶劣环境条件下,油气管道极易发生蜡等重组分的固相沉积问题,由此引发的管道堵塞等严重威胁着输送管线的运行安全,已成为海上油气开发关注的重点问题。针对此问题,本文采用冷指实验装置,探究了纳米降凝剂对含蜡模拟油蜡沉积的影响,获得了加剂前后沉积物质量及碳数分布随时间的变化规律。在此基础上,借助环道实验装置,研究了管流条件下纳米降凝剂对含蜡模拟油蜡沉积的抑制性能,揭示了流体流速、沉积时间以及纳米降凝剂浓度对沉积层厚度的影响规律。冷指实验结果发现,纳米降凝剂的加入会使得沉积物质量减少,沉积物中重组分碳数质量分数增加;环路实验结果表明,加入纳米降凝剂的含蜡模拟油体系沉积层厚度显著减小。该研究为今后开展深水含蜡原油管道加剂改性输送奠定了基础。 In the deep-water with high pressure and low temperature,the flow assurance problem in pipelines is becoming more severe as the solid deposition of wax and has aroused tremendous attention.With the help of cold finger,the effect of nanocomposite pour point depressant on the deposition of waxy model oil is investigated,and the trend of deposition mass and carbon number distribution with time is obtained.Furthermore,the influence of nanocomposite pour point depressant on deposition layer thickness of waxy model oil is further discussed under tube flow conditions.According to results of cold finger,it is found that due to the addition of nanocomposite pour point depressant,leading to the decrease of deposition quality,but increase of heavy components mass fraction.The results of loop experiment demonstrate that the nanocomposite pour point depressants can decrease the thickness of wax deposition layer effectively.This work provides the foundation for the modification knowledge of the waxy crude oil pipeline in deep water.
