摘要
以浙江省30所高校的学生为研究对象,从高校大学生素质与返乡创业取向、返乡创业类型与合作模式以及政策完善等方面对返乡创业大学生和在校生进行问卷调查。结果表明,高校创业型"新农人"的教育模式陈旧、"新农人"创业实践项目类型单一及学生创业实践技能匮乏等问题明显,需要在乡村振兴战略背景下,进一步提升高校创业型"新农人"创新创业教育的协同育人质量,构建育人共同体,组建多部门协同合作共同体,做好校政校地校企实践基地建设;优化课程设计,完善返乡创业教育案例库,加强实践教学;协同返乡创业研究与孵化,探索返乡创业理论与实践;提供"全链条式"创业技能培训。
Taking the students of 30 universities in Zhejiang province as the research object, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the orientation and quality of returning entrepreneurship, types of returning entrepreneurship and cooperation modes, and policy perfection of the returning entrepreneurship students and school students. Through the investigation, it was found that the educational model of entrepreneurial "new farmers" in colleges and universities was dated, the type of entrepreneurial practice projects of "new farmers" was single, and students’ entrepreneurial practice skills were obviously lacking.Furthermore, under the background of rural revitalization strategy, it was necessary to further improve the quality of collaborative education of innovative entrepreneurship education for "new rural workers" in colleges and universities, to build a community of education to establish a multi-sectoral collaborative community which would do a good job in the construction of school-enterprise practice base;to optimize curriculum design to improve the case base of entrepreneurship education, to strengthen practical teaching;to explore the theory and practice of returning entrepreneurship, and to provide "full chain" entrepreneurial skills training.
