供给侧结构性改革背景下城镇居民果蔬消费满意度分析——以新疆乌鲁木齐为例

Satisfaction of Urban Residents’ Fruit and Vegetable Consumption under the Background of Supply-side Structural Reform——Taking Urumqi of Xinjiang as an Example

果蔬消费是居民食物消费结构中重要的组成部分,也是食品安全需要重点关注的内容。基于乌鲁木齐统计数据,采用一次指数平滑法对乌鲁木齐城镇居民果蔬消费量进行了预测;在此基础之上,基于乌鲁木齐476户城镇居民家庭调查数据,围绕居民果蔬消费满意度开展了系统分析,从消费者角度发现了果蔬供给过程中存在的主要问题。最后,从完善监管监督机制、提高生产者与消费者安全意识、公开果蔬质量安全监测结果、确定价格合理波动区间、提高果蔬品牌市场知名度、提高蔬菜初加工水平等方面提出了提升当地居民果蔬消费满意度的建议。

Fruit and vegetable consumption is the important part of residents’ food consumption structure, and is also the focus on the content of the food safety. Based on the statistics data of Urumqi, using an exponential smoothing method, the amount of fruit and vegetable consumption of urban residents in Urumqi was forecasted;and based on the 476 urban households’ survey data of Urumqi, the satisfaction degree of fruit and vegetable consumption of its urban residents was systematically analyzed, and from the perspective of consumers, main problems existing in the process of fruit and vegetable supply were found out.Finally, suggestions to improve local residents’ satisfaction of fruit and vegetable consumption were put forward from improving oversight and oversight mechanisms, enhancing producer and consumer safety awareness, opening fruit and vegetable quality safety monitoring results, determining the line of reasonable price fluctuations, improving the market awareness of fruit and vegetable brands, improving the level of vegetable processing and so on.
