摘要
分析了海岛抽水蓄能电站机组黑启动过程中厂用电恢复阶段、机组黑启动阶段、机组启动成功自带厂用电及对外送电阶段关键要素。针对这些关键要素,从柴油机的快速响应、厂用电系统的可靠切换、机组控制程序的合理执行等方面进行黑启动控制功能设计,构建形成安全可靠的黑启动控制系统。
The key factors such as the restoration of auxiliary power system, black-start stage, start-up of unit with its auxiliary power and external power transmission stage are analyzed during the black-start of pumped-storage unit. Control function of black-start is designed for fast response of diesel engine, reliable switch of the auxiliary power system and reasonable execution of the unit control program. And the safe and reliable black-start control system is built.
