摘要
以内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站1套静止变频器(Static Frequency Converter,SFC)在抽水工况时强迫换流失败为例进行分析,通过对转子初始位置检测的磁链方程进行研究,提出抽水蓄能机组监控系统、SFC和励磁系统相互协调配合的方法,利用该方法可提高机组从静止到抽水调相工况的成功率。同时提出一种SFC机桥网桥差动保护的方法,该方法可有效降低SFC保护的误动率。
This paper analyzes the reasons on the failure of forced convertor of SFC in the pumping storage condition in Inner Mongolia Hohhot Pumped-Storage Power Station. By studying on the flux linkage equation of the rotor initial position detection, the pumpedstorage unit monitoring system, SFC and the excitation system are coordinated to improve the success rate of the unit from the static condition to the pumped phase modulation. A kind of differential protection for SFC that can effectively reduce the misoperation rate of the relaying is proposed.
