摘要
对内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站上水库面板喷淋系统取水泵电动机绝缘下降原因进行分析,确认上水库水位大幅度变化使取水泵工作扬程超出设计扬程,电动机过热或长时间低功率运行,造成电动机绝缘性能下降;取水泵在越冬期一直处在深水中,受环境影响也造成电动机绝缘性能下降。为此提出在原取水泵启停逻辑中增加取水泵切换功能,在取水泵管路系统中增加越冬期取水泵空载运行管路等措施。实施后,取水泵电动机绝缘性能下降问题基本解决。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the insulation decline of the electric motor for the water intake pump in the panel spray system of the upper reservoir in Inner Mongolia Hohhot Pumped-Storage Power Station.The working head of water intake pump exceeds the design head due to the large variation of water level in upper reservoir.The insulation property decline is caused by overheating and prolonged low power operation of the electric motor.The water intake pump has been in deep water during the winter,therefore,the environment factor is another reason.It is proposed to add a switching logic to the start stop logic of the water intake pump,and add no-load operation pipe tubing for it in winter.The insulation performance degradation of the electric motor has been solved by using the measures presented above.
