摘要
内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站机组球阀存在工作密封卡阻、不能正常投入的问题,将压力管道和蜗壳尾水放空后,检查发现球阀活门下游固定密封螺栓松动退出与工作密封刮触是球阀工作密封不能正常投入的原因。采取将固定密封螺栓锁板改用不锈钢材质,修改监控流程等措施后,再未发生锁板空化和螺栓松动退出被剪弯的问题。
In order to solve the problem that the ball valve working seal can not be in normal operation in Inner Mongolia Hohhot Pumped-Storage Power Station. The water in the pressure pipe and the volute tail is emptied. The causes are that the bolt of the down stream fixed seal of the ball valve is loose and the scraping of the working seal is found.The problems of cavitation of the locking plate and loose of the bolt shear bending are solved after the fixed sealing bolt and locking plate use stainless steel, and the monitoring process is modified. This is the reference for the detection and treatment of the similar fault of ball valve in other power stations.
