抽水蓄能机组抽水调相工况转抽水工况流程优化

Process Optimization of Operation Conversion from Pumping Phase Modulation to Pumping Condition of Pumped-Storage Units

摘要 针对抽水蓄能机组由抽水调相工况转抽水工况过程中,原流程易造成机组直接进入停机步骤的问题,通过分析机组出口断路器、主进水阀、导叶之间的动作时间与逻辑关系,对流程进行了优化。优化后的流程将主进水阀状态的判断置于充水流程之后,在主进水阀全开与充水完成2个条件全部满足之后再执行后续流程,可避免机组直接停机对电网造成冲击影响,保障机组的安全稳定运行。 The pumped-storage units will enter the process of shutdown directly when the operating condition is transformed from pumping phase modulation to pumping.The process is optimized through the analysis on the action time and logic among the outlet circuit breaker,the main inlet valve and the guide vane.After the optimization,the judgment of the main water inlet valve state is placed after the water filling process.After the main water inlet valve is fully opened and the water filling is completed,the follow-up process could be carried out to avoid the impact of the unit shutdown to the power grid.Therefore,the safe and stable operation of the units and the power grid is ensured.
