外泌体调控机制在癌症中的作用及临床应用展望 被引量:2

摘要 外泌体(exosomes,EXs)是由多泡小体(multivesicular bodies,MVBs)与细胞质膜融合后释放到细胞外的一种膜泡,其直径在30~150 nm。外泌体首次于绵羊网织红细胞中被发现,多种细胞在正常、应激及病理状态下均可分泌外泌体[1]。由于特殊的结构特征和运输功能,肿瘤细胞来源的外泌体(tumor cells derived exosome,Texo)已经成为近年来肿瘤领域的研究热点。
