摘要
2018年9月17日教育部颁布了《教育部关于实施卓越教师培养计划2.0的意见》(教师〔2018〕13号),对卓越教师有了更高的要求。为了实现新的培养目标,文章从培养目标、目标达成路径、课程设置、课堂教学模式与方法改革、“三位一体”协同培养模式建构几个方面,对“四川农村中学语文卓越教师培养项目”卓越教师人才培养方案的修订进行了一些思考,更加具有针对性、可操作性、实效性,并具有一定的示范性。
On September 17th,2018,Ministry of Education issued Advice of the Ministry of Education on the Implementation of the Excellent Teachers Training Program 2.0(Teachers(2018)No.13),which made a higher demand for excellent teachers plan.In order to achieve new training objectives,the author had a reflection on the revision of Talent Training Program of Chinese Excellent Teachers Plan of Sichuan Rural Middle Schools from the perspectives of training objectives,ways to achieve the objectives,curriculum setting,reform of class teaching mode and teaching method,construction of three-in-one coordination training mode,thus making the program more targeted,more applicable,more effective and more exemplary.
