摘要 针对消防炮台及管道的射流试验问题和炮台设计,对消防炮台射流特性进行简单分析,对水流实验中可能会出现的影响因素进行分析研究,根据流道截面、进口压力、炮身直径3种不同的因素,从多个角度提出防控措施,为保障消防管道水试验的实施奠定基础,设计泡沫-水两用消防炮台。研究表明:圆形流道在炮头处的流速更加平稳,射流更稳定;进口压力增加时,流道压力增加,稳定性减小;通径为60 mm时,水炮性能和制造成本的结合点最佳。 In view of jet test problems and turret design of fire turrets and pipelines, the jet characteristics of fire turrets are briefly analyzed, and the influencing factors that may occur in water flow experiments are analyzed. According to the flow section cross section, inlet pressure, and barrel diameter Three different factors,proposed prevention and control measures from multiple angles, laid the foundation for the implementation of water and water test for fire protection pipelines, and designed a foam-water dual-use fire turret. The research shows that the flow velocity of the circular flow channel at the gun head is more stable and the jet flow is more stable;when the inlet pressure increases, the flow channel pressure increases and the stability decreases;when the diameter is 60 mm, the combination of water gun performance and manufacturing cost The best point.
